Dentilst, Jerry's, and the library

Today Milo and I went to the dentist.

We then went to Des Moines Feed Store and ran into our friend Jerry.  He invited us to his house and he gave us eggs, honey, and a muscovy duck girlfriend for our male duck Frieda.  He also let out the pigeons and fed them for us.

I am supposed to give back the coffee can.

We also went to the Franklin avenue library.

Milo and I made kite crafts.

I made a friend at the library. 

There was exercise equipment outside the library. 

birthday card from Grandma Linda

Archimedesgot a birthday card from Grandma into an email today.  He Will be 5 years old on January 28th.

Angry bird puzzle

Today we put together an angry bird puzzle. It's a 3D puzzle.

Archimedes found an Angry Bird cupcake making tutorial by Nerdy Nummies.

Opposites and color pigments with Donna

We mixed colors together to make new colors.
Then we did a paper towel wicking experiment to separate the color pigments from each other.

We talked about opposites and made an opposite book. I drew a tall tree and a short tree.

Dentist appointment in Iowa city

All four boys went to the dentist yesterday. Archimedes was scared and crying at first sitting in the big dentist chair but he was brave and did such a wonderful job. He has one cavity that he will go back sometime this month to have filled.

We stopped at a rest stop outside of Iowa city to have snacks.

When we got home he climbed onto Jupiter's bunk and climbed back down all on his own. Such a growing boy!
